Job Description:
  • Working closely with multiple key stakeholders within and outside the companies including senior management, clients, agencies and other departments by leading and managing high stake projects vital for the growth & sustainability of Shopee
  • Managing high-performing teams of diverse backgrounds to create and implement strategic projects and harness opportunities crucial to the growth of Shopee Indonesia
  • Carry out various projects to foster business growth in accordance to our business needs
  • Identify and create improvement or strategic expansion ideas specific to Shopee to maintain sustainability and competitive edge
  • Ensure that strategies are followed with good executions and follow-up actions are taken during the project
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; Advanced degree or MBA is preferred
  • 6+ years of working experience with outstanding records of professional achievement, preferably from a reputable and fast-paced industry, such as Management Consulting firm, Tech companies and/or in other business development division
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities to understand complex data infrastructures to drive actionable insights
  • Comfortable working with multiple projects and dealing with a number of different stakeholders
  • Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing and sales, etc
  • Able to think creatively, identify, build support for innovative/outside-the-box solutions and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Able to come up with an effective and efficient decision
