    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree Economic, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Required Skill(s): Marketing, Trading, Business development, Product Development, Brand marketing
    • Minimum 6 years of working in the same field / role as Marketing experience within Food & Beverage Industry is MUST
    • Drive for results, Initiative, process driven and systematic and ready to work independently
    • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Corel)
    • Excellent interpersonal skill with ability to work independently or in a team
    • Initiative, result oriented, process driven and systematic
    • Able to act as an effective organizer and leader for significant sales growth
    • Have capability as analytical and decision making person
    • Good English proficiency both in written communication and verbal communication is MUST
    • Willing to work in Pier - Pasuruan - Jawa Timur

Building image brands, strategic plan management, and product management
Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies
Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go to market strategies
Plan, create and strategize both Modern Trade and General Trade promotion with Brand Manager within the budget program
Communicate each program both internally operation teams and externally distributors
