Handle refund, return and exchange items
Identify customer needs and help customers to find products as customer needs
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Record daily reports
Able to operate multi-application at the same time
Having a good computer skill, at least operate Ms. Office
Excellent communication skills
Handling customer queries through live chat and product discussions
GSRs work at assigned locations and events, speaking to Customers in order to persuade them to attend a sales presentation with Anantara Vacation Club.
