Responsibilities
To Suppoty AVP BCM & IM On the following role:
Manage comprehensive reliable report and documentation from all BCM activities (e.g. BIA Report, BC/DR Exercise Report, Building Evacuation Exercise Report, Call Tree Exercise Report, and Quarterly Report to PCA).
Manage administrative work and support activities for any work related with Business Continuity Management, coordinate with internal stakeholders and support AVP BCM & IM in managing company BC program.
Maintaining close coordination and support with PCA BCM & IM team. Playing the role as alternate LBU BC Manager in absence of LBU BC Manager.
Manage administrative work and support activities for supporting AVP BCM & IM in managing quarterly Emerging Risk Forum (e.g. scheduling the forum, rotating ERF participants, tracking and updating ER list and emerging risk reporting related).
Formally manage, review and update if required, when there are significant changes to the organization, business processes, BIA (business impact analysis), departmental BCP, company wide BC plan, conduct BC Risk Assessment, technology services, site facilities, and/or regulatory environment including managing departmental desktop walkthrough.
Requirements
Bachelor in any discipline (preferably from IT)
2- 4 years Business Continuity Management direct exposure
Computer skills MS Office application (Ms Word, Excel, Power point)
Good knowledge in English both written and oral.
Good knowledge in administration duties (filling, reconciling of expense report)
