Job Purpose and Impact
The Associate Employee Experience Specialist will apply basic human resources solutions knowledge to assist in the delivery of employee experience services such as internships, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement and recognition programs. In this role, you will provide relevant and effective consulting services to internal stakeholders to ensure valuable solutions are adapted to the complexity of the business. Key Accountabilities
Assist to drive the change management efforts and encourage a change attitude across the organization and promote the use of tools and technologies to gain efficiency in delivering human resource solutions.
Assist to establish the employee experience with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements by collaborating with legal resources or external consultants to interpret and implement moderately complex policies.
Assist to execute the design and delivery of human resources services including potential ER/IR, operations, solutions training and education sessions for various internal stakeholders.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Become key person for Medical Intervention Team in executing emergency first response during pandemic situation

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications
Advanced skills in using related spreadsheet and presentation applications
Minimum of two years of experience in an employee experience role
High agility, persistance, and resilliance

Support Finance Department by generating and analyzing reports.
Complete administrative work while observing different aspects of accounting and Financeâ¦
