Job Description

We are looking for an UI / UX Designer to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

Job Description

  • Develop and deliver user interface designs using the iterative design and development process, in partnership with other teams/groups.
  • Working closely with engineers, designers and product manager to co-create and validate design concepts on the feasibility as they build and ship ideas
  • Create our UI style and implement design principles across the entire platform as we scale. Create pixel-perfect graphical assets and icons for use in our development process
  • Bring your designs to live creating prototypes as needed.
  • Talk with customers to understand user behavior, paints points and needs
  • Iterating ideas based on feedback from the whole team

You should have the following

  • You’re able to adapt your designs across a variety of platforms and form factors, and you understand limitations of different platforms e.g. multi-device, mobile/desktop
  • Proficiency in atomic design
  • You are a clear communicator, and aren’t afraid to have a point of view. Yet, you are flexible and open minded, and can resolve team conflicts if they arise.
  • Excellent user interface design and user experience skills
  • Proficient to expert knowledge of tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamic Mockups, InVision, Framer, Principle, Figma
  • Interest in Real estate or property business
  • A team player who loves to collaborate – you understand that giving/receiving feedback is crucial in your development and growth
  • Skill: UI/UX Design, Mobile UI Design, Software Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Illustrator
