Melakukan pemeliharaan dan troubleshoot hardware (PC, Laptop, Printer, Server, LAN/WLAN, etc)

Mampu bekerja secara individu dan team

Melakukan instalasi komputer dan jaringan

Menerima dan menyelesaikan permintaan user terkait IT

Mengerti penanganan mesin Absensi dan CCTV

Bertanggung jawab mengelola dan memelihara perangkat IT (Hardware, Network dan Software)

Melakukan perawatan rutin terhadap perangkat IT

Melakukan inventarisasi asset IT perusahaan

Persyaratan

Usia Min 23 - 30 tahun

Pengalaman Minimal 1 Tahun dibidang IT Support

Pendidikan Minimal D3 Informasi Teknologi/Teknik Komputer

Menguasai Operasional IT

Menangani IT Helpdesk (instalasi, troubleshooting, maintenance hardware, network)

Memahami jaringan, LAN/WAN, WAN
