  • Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and follow scrum framework
  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
  • Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Lead every scrum meeting
  • Maintain sprint backlog
  • Effectively communicate with Product Owner and Business Owner
Job Specification:
  • Graduate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 8 years of working experience as an IT professional
  • Good communication and project management skill
  • Strong managerial skill
