Job Description

Job Desc:

  • Membantu SPV IE untuk memonitor kegiatan operasional IE, membuat rencana improvement project serta membuat laporan improvement IE setiap periodenya
  • Merancang sistem atau alat bantu/media untuk meningkatkan produktivitas produksi
  • Menganalisis hasil pengukuran Time & Motion Study untuk dibuat balancing dan layout update

Job Req:

  • Laki-laki/ Perempuan
  • Usia Maks 35 Tahun
  • Pendidikan S1 jurusan Teknik Industri/Garment/Tekstil
  • Pengalaman kerja Garment diutamakan bagian IE
  • Menguasai komputer dan bahasa Inggris (pasif/aktif)
  • Mampu berinteraksi dengan orang banyak (karyawan produksi dll)
  • Mampu bekerja sama tim dan perorangan
  • Mampu mengambil keputusan, bertanggungjawab, loyal, dan lincah
  • Mempunyai kemampuan menjelaskan/mengajar
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
  • Full-time (tidak sedang kuliah reguler/bekerja/ikatan dinas)
