1. Review creators in-app content (daily), pull comprehensive data reporting.
2. Initiate and create weekly activities for creator's community, responsible for the performance and data recap.
3. Maintain daily communication and share weekly trend updates to creator's community group.
4. Collect best practices and educate new creators on how to optimize performance;
5. Facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues.
6. Support weekly in-app campaign especially on education and food category.
1. College undergraduate is preferred, strong English skills in both verbal and written;
2. Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint); good with data;
3. A good team player and fast learner;
4. Strong interest in digital creators and short video, especially on food, travel and educational contents.
Bachelor Degree/Diploma Major in Information Technology/Information System.
Proven track record in OpenText support or familiar with SAP HCM, Oneforce.
