Job Description

To concepting and executing an effective and engaging copy for existing or new product/feature to introduce to users, includes but not limited to user navigation, as well on-boarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.

Actively Participate in an end-to-end design process with UX team, product team, and engineering team.

Gathering customer insights by conducting UX test to improve products and features.

Express our branding, style, and tone of voice through UX writing.
Experiences at least 2 years in UX Writer role

Good communication & writing skills.

Good problem-solving skills

Excellent time management skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
