Job Description

Handle live chat from customers through marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli) with excellent communications

Process order on Official Store

Identify customer needs and help customers to finds products as customer needs

Explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment

Record daily reports
Able to do multitask

Having a good computer skills, at least operate Ms. Office

Excellent communication skills

Handling customer queries through live chat

Willing to work in shifts

Resolving customer needs quickly and efficiently

Familiar with marketplaces, such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli

Willing to start working immediately

Customer Service oriented

Fast response and high initiative

Excellent communication skills
