We are looking for a Fleet Operations Intern to support our team in managing our internal fleet operations for a minimum of 3-months fully paid internship. You will be working directly with the Fleet Operations Analyst and our Head of Operations in an early-stage startup that offers a fast-paced, non-hierachical environment and direct line of communication to our CEO & Founder.

Role:
Conduct service control in LMD in 3PL

Service-level agreement (SLA) and Control, defining the level of service you expect from a vendor and laying out the metrics by which service is measured and controlling those metrics;

Coordinating with the customer operation team regarding customer voice, support, etc;

Manage Assets and equipment that requires in all 3PL Motorist Controlling Discrepancy ( Gap between Inventory and order data)

Monitoring mismatch data inventory and LMD order

Since we are an early-stage start-up you will also be required to work on other tasks that may arise.
Self-starter.

Customer-obsessed.

Bachelor's degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science preferred). Fresh graduates are also welcomed.

Microsoft Excel / Spreadsheet savvy

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Able to vary communications and presentation according to respected audience;

Excellent Bahasa and English;

A passion for social and environmental impact;

Able to work from our Cipinang Warehouse on most days;

Able to use personal laptop for work;
