Memiliki pengalaman terakhir sebagai Call Center Inbound (Voice) Tanggung Jawab

Memberikan informasi dan solusi atas permintaan pelanggan

Melakukan eskalasi kepada atasan apabila membutuhkan eskalasi lanjutan

Melakukan kegiatan sebagai customer service dalam menghandle kebutuhan inquiry, service request, dan complaint pelanggan
