Manufacturing Manager - Cluster A





YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Safe, cost-effective, timely and in quality production
  • Process & plant safety, employee health and safety, quality and plant emergency operations
  • External and Internal regulatory compliance, incl. environmental aspects of the plant
  • Personnel training and development
  • Cost centers and resources required for safe and efficient operation
  • Communication and information in respective unit/plant and with main interfaces
  • Plan, implement and improve production processes
  • Management of Projects, e.g. cost saving, performance improvement, investments, integrations
  • Safe technical function of production facilities in cooperation with engineering / technology

WHO YOU ARE


  • Bachelor or Master or equivalent in Technical- or Natural Sciences
  • Several years of job experience in plant mgmt. (e. g. as Lab manager or plant engineer, or other)
  • Knowledge in economics (e.g. KPI’s, Product Costing)
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Project Management experience
