Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting for internal position: RPO Delivery Team.

The positions is responsible for doing 180 recruitment process for RPO project

Job Responsibilities :

  • Executing end to end recruitment process
  • Sourcing and making first call interview with candidate
  • Arranging meeting and interview between client and candidates
  • Helping with salary negotiation
  • Maintaining relationship with clients and candidates

Job Requirements :

  • Majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or related major from reputable university
  • Strong english ability
  • Telemarketing or telesales experience is preferable
  • Sociable, love to deal with people
