Job Description

Kasual is the first modern e-commerce experience in Indonesia that combines daily wear functionally with personal customization. What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the most influential regional and local media in Indonesia
  • Organize and oversee media events
  • Effectively manage programs to mitigate the negative impact of incidents affecting Kasual
  • Analyze metrics to determine the output and value of PR results and use the data as a critical planning tool
  • Generate insights within sustainability area to ensure our communications keep updated and relevant throughout the time
  • Manage website and social media of the foundation and its programs within the timeline including content development, regular update, inquiries response, relevant engagement

Requirements

  • Previous role as PR/communications/marketing with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Background in e-commerce is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in communication, marketing, or related fields
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong commitment and ownership of their work, and ability to deliver creative solutions and initiatives on a daily basis
  • Eager to keep up with creative communication trends and stakeholder behaviors Skilled in social media and familiar with website management
  • Possess strong existing media relationships with editors, reporters, and thought leaders
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including legal, product, marketing, and partnership teams
  • A creative and collaborative self-starter who can work independently, hands-on team player, and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per year
