Job Description

IT Technical Support IT Support untuk:
  • Bagian/area desktop; yang mencakup namun tidak terbatas pada: komputer dan aplikasinya, printer, copier, scanner, proyektor, audio dan visual meeting room, telepon video, smart card, TV, Cable TV
  • Bagian/area telekomunikasi dan jaringan (network); yang mencakup namun tidak terbatas pada: telepon (desk dan handphone), LAN, WAN, WiFi, Internet, radio trunking, telepon satelit, vsat, microwave, NDB, sistem telepon, tv kabel, fax.
  • Bagian/area manajemen tape (data)
  • Bagian/area pusat data, yang mencakup tapi tidak terbatas pada server dan storage, fasilitas data center
  • Konsultasi TI termasuk pembuatan program aplikasi, analisa data untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis
  • Memindahkan peralatan TI
Dimana pada setiap area tersebut mencakup pula:
  • Manajemen Service Level dan laporan sehubungannya
  • Administratif dan dokumentasi yang berhubungan seperti:
    • Pemeliharaan aset, inventaris dan administatif.
    • Tiket dan manajemennya dalam sistem Perusahaan
    • Proses penerimaan dan pengiriman material (contoh: PO, DO, penagihan/invoice)
  • Proses eskalasi yang dibutuhkan dengan tim lain sehubungan dengan layanan yang dimaksud.
  • Pelaksanaan kegiatan sesuai permintaan dan kebutuhan Perusahaan sehubungan dengan Keselamatan, audit, self-assessment, Keamanan dan Pengawasan.
