Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

Maintain clean, safe, and healthy working environment within all facilities, including warehouses, distribution centres and hubs
Oversee security management within all facilities, ensure proper security procedures and guidelines are well implemented
Ensure that the facilities are in compliance manner with regulations and guidelines established by regulatory agencies
Oversee, plan, and schedule the regular monitoring and maintenance of facilities, assets, equipments, and tools
Manage asset inventory and conduct periodical asset inventory count in facilities
Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and external parties for asset installation, support, and maintenance projects

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Facility and Security Management
Possess technical knowledge in facility maintenance and security management
Experience and working knowledge about ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation is highly preferable
An ultimate problem solver; strong analytical thinking and strategic decision making skill is a must
