Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the recruitment process

*
Assisting special projects for HR engagement activities
*
Assisting employees with HR-related requests and needs in the day-to-day efficient operation
*
Creating initiatives of creative content and employee engagement media for HR-related activities

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Preferably from psychology.
  • Final semester students/fresh graduate/entry level applicants are encourage to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Presentation skill, Communication, Intermediate Computer Literate.
  • Proactive individual, able to work independently, and multitasking under fast pace environment.
  • Obsessed with People and Having Sense of Empathy

Job Type: Internship

Salary: Rp2,500,000 - Rp3,000,000 per month
