Job Description: 1. Handling town hall / engagement / outing request
Initial meeting and discussion with respected town hall / engagement / outing PIC
Acting as experience consultant to Nakama in said events (creating games, engagement session in town hall, specific intervention, etc)
2. Assisting and Implementing Directorate Experience-Related Program
Help in creation, implementation, and monitoring of people experience programs, specifically in area of culture, recognition & appreciation, wellbeing, DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion), etc
Creating various communication materials to ensure an effective delivery in experience-related programs such as posters, copywriting, email blast, etc
3. Assisting the Effectiveness of Company-Wide Events
Along with Culture & Engagement team, assisting the implementation and effectiveness of company-wide events such as Nakama Got Talent, Nakama Homecoming Events, etc
Joining and contributing in the ideation and conceptualization of company-wide events, and adapting to alteration if deemed necessary
4. Help in analyzing Voice of Nakama data
Helping in analyzing, reviewing, and creating a chart for Voice of Nakama
Learn how to come up with a solution for issues found in Voice of Nakama, together with People Experience Partner
Minimum Quaifications:
Currently in 7th or 8th semester in university. Any major can apply
Willingness to do 6 months period of internship
Willingness to do hybrid work-model (come to office minimum once a week)
Having prior internship experience is highly desirable
Exposure in technology company is highly desirable
