To assist in the implementation of the annual hotel’s Sales Strategy (goals, tactics and actions)
To achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, and contribute to Food and Beverage, and all other revenue departments.
To ensure that the sales activities are aligned with the Corporate Sales and Marketing Strategy and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate
To represent the Sales function at different meetings in the absence of the Director of Sales.
To ensure sales files and systems have correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting programmed history, sales call activities, contractual agreements, room block analysis, credit and payment document, etc.
Proactively contact a contracted agency, local DMC, overseas WHLA to follow up on their production, renew the contract if necessary, launch a special offer to dynamic selling strategy.
Qualifications
Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
Previous pre-opening experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
Strong in leadership and business acumen
Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
Responsible for data processing, analysis, and interpretation of data using statistical analysis tools to provide information needed to support the activitiesâ¦
Responsible in responding to customers' questions, needs, and complaints based on FAQ and SOP;
Min. 1-2 years of experience as multi-channel Customer Service â¦
