Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Direct supervision of up to 12 hourly production employees in any assigned department and shift
  • Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner, with a commitment to safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met by coordinating the work of Team Leaders and production employees, including monitoring production flow in order to make needed adjustments to meet all customer production requirements
  • Lead the scheduling and effectiveness of all production employee training, making sure all employees in their assigned department are trained on job operations and qualified in proper work processes
  • Provide leadership, coaching & motivation to all Team Leaders and production employees by evaluating performance and completing performance reviews
  • Commitment to exceptional first-time-through quality
  • Knowledge in SAP would added advantage
