Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
Quickly and iteratively create UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups according to product requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Communicate with the product owner, customer success team, and development team, as well as the CEO.
To use design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD and Zeplin.
One to two years of working experience in web/graphic design. Fresh graphic design graduates or self-taught designers with strong portfolios will be considered for the Junior position.
Senior position: At least five years UX Design experience is required
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop skills are must.
Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS is an added advantage
Experience in Squarespace & other CMS would be an unfair advantage.
This is a work-remotely position and you are required to have access to a conducive and internet-enabled workspace at your own expense. Even though this is a work-remotely position, the base city of this position is Jakarta (Indonesia) and you are expected to be able to attend in-person meetings in this city without incurring additional cost to the company. The estimated frequency of the in-person meetings is around 4 meetings per month.
