Job Responsibilities
Make a engineering plan, coordinate, and evaluate all projects in the Adaro Group to ensure the execution of all engineering project in accordance with the plan, standard and procedure.
Review design, calculation, technical specification, data sheet, drawing, equipment list, detailed drawings of project execution plan in the field (shop drawings) and other technical documents related to engineering work made by the contractor to ensure all project plans to be executed properly.
To ensure that materials related to engineering project work in the field including the files/documents are complete and comply to the approved specifications to ensure the quality of the project result.
Analyze and provide problem solving solutions, input, instruction and direction needed to contractors so that work can be completed more quickly and in accordance with contract.
To provide a progress report on project execution and compare it with what has been stated in the project plan to ensure project execution perform in line with the plan.
Job Requirements
Min Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Min 15 years of experience in engineering design and planning, especially in mining infrastructure and facilities (road, bridge, processing plant, etc.), with at least 3 years in manager level
Good in managerial and communication skill
