S1 any major preferably majoring in Information Technology Computer Science/Information System/Software Engineer or D3 who is taking undergraduate course
Maximum age 30 years old - Fresh graduate is welcome preferably had minimum 1 year experience as IT Service Desk or related field
Understand ITIL framework
Comfortable for Voice Support
Familiar with Microsoft product (office 365 and windows OS)
Experience using ticketing system/IT service desk system
Having basic knowledge base to resolve 1st level ticket (example : archive email)
A good team player, strong inner motivation, and positive attitude
Willing to work 24-hour by shift mode
Fast Learner and able to work under pressure
Have a good communication skill
Willingness to work in BSD Tangerang
