Have experience in administrative / Accounting / Finance position at least 1 year (preferred).
Able to speak passive English (active is a plus).
Proficient in using Computers, Ms. Office, and ERP Systemm
Communicative, able to work independently or in a team.
Can create letters, and manage archives.

Handling the arrangement of the Marketing Division Personnel's Official Travel Schedule / Auditor Visit.
Provide a reminder of the Perdin Plan and other activities in the Marketing Division.
Evaluating the Visiting Work Report conducted by the Marketing Division.
Handling Airline Ticket Bookings, Hotels and other related accommodations.
Handling Petty Cash Recording and Reporting specifically for the Marketing Division.
Can be assisted in the Marketing Division souvenir project.
Can be assisted to help online store projects.
