  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi customer complain dan issues

  • Pendidikan min D3/S1 semua jurusan
  • IPK min 2,75
  • Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Call Center / Customer Service / bidang serupa, fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar
  • Komunikatif dan tidak berlogat daerah
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris pasif
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting
