Job Description

We Are Hiring Account Receivable Area: Jakarta

What will you do:
– Manage all accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

– Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data.

– Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and adequately posted both daily and monthly.

– Process sales report.

– Process closing account receivable.

Requirements:

Diploma to Bachelor degree in Economy
At least one year of experience as an Account Receivable clerk
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
