Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Strong initiative in translating the company's key initiative, objective, and result
  • Ability to develop a marketing plan and manage the full marketing budget of the company and translate to quantitative results
  • Responsible for developing and managing the overall marketing & communication strategies for brand management activities
  • Oversee and groom the marketing and creative team into a high performance and inquisitive team
  • Identify our content and recommend new topics, create style guides/mood boards to use as reference
  • Initiate, conceptualize , strategize, manage, execute, and optimize end - to - end campaign development, creative execution, marketing channel planning and post - campaign analysis
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, branding, product launching, business development, especially in skin care & cosmetics
  • A passion and genuine interest in beauty, retail, and e-commerce
  • Good in analysis and researching consumer markets
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
