Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Wireline/Slickline Services deliver high quality slickline and wireline data acquisition services at the wellsite.

As a Field Operator (Wireline Services), you will be responsible for performing all pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties of Wireline Services offered by Baker Hughes, at the client wellsite. You will support the Wireline Services Field Operations Division.
As a Field Operator (Wireline Services), you will be responsible for:
Operating duties at the well site and at the shop, maintaining the unit and perform all pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties
Maintaining records and communications as required
Preparing proper job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned crew
Being knowledgeable of and ensuring compliance of all Federal, Country, Local, and company regulations applicable to Wireline explosives operations
Driving company vehicles in a safe manner, observing all company and government regulations and arriving at well site or other designed destination at scheduled time.
Participating actively in quality improvement efforts with respect to ballistics operations
Promoting and maintaining good customer relationship, carrying out all responsibilities safely as per Managing Base Operations, Well Operations and Equipment & Logistics Manuals
Performing other required & related assignments, conducting all business activities in accordance with Legal Compliance requirements, Baker Hughes HSE policies and Core Values

To be successful in this role you will:
Have High School Diploma or Engineering/Technical background and/or relevant working experience
Have minimum 2 years of industry experience in Wireline Services operations
Have good mechanical aptitude
Candidates with a valid Explosive and/or Radiation license for Indonesia will be highly regarded
Be a good communicator and fluent in English
