Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Having business acumen of distribution/channel development for Industry Mom & Baby, Apparel/fashion retail, Home appliances, etc.
  • Experience to manage sales in volume/value per outlet
  • Experience to manage key dealers' relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Experience to execute various activities to scale up business goals, such as; promotion activities/store activation/sell-out management/product visibility, etc.
  • Provide leadership to manage sales team, territory, customer handling
  • Provide data tracking & analysis

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum S1, experience handling sales Regional level & sales team
  • Minimum has three years of working experience in a related field
  • Prefer with industrial background from Mom & Baby, Apparel/fashion retail, home appliances
  • Good leadership skills; managing team, negotiation skills, and account management
  • Having a high level of selling skill, numerical & data tracking
  • Understanding of e-commerce landscape will be preferred
