You will be responsible to manage all field-based employee administration includes:
Support hiring process to ensure completeness and accuracy of personnel administration
Providing a valuable service to the organization in maintaining order and a system for everything.
Perform daily activities of maintaining reports, BPJS, and insurance
Administering mutation, contract review, and termination process
Prepare field personnel data for payroll process
Oversee all employee administration process in order to be able to assess and initiate things independently for continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree any major (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong in process-based type of work
An open minded and customer-oriented person
Experienced in managing employee or personnel administration is an advantage
Experienced with Talent Acquisition Processes is a plus
Design effective budget models for Departments/Divisions and the entire company.
