The Disney Parks Experiences & Products (DPEP) Indonesia Coordinator, Contracts Administration will be responsible for the Contract Administration function for the Consumer Products Commercialisation business in Indonesia
This role will report into the Finance Manager, Indonesia and be accountable to the Indonesian Contracts Administration team based in Jakarta in ensuring compliance of Licensing agreements & practices with Disney Contracts policies and standards. The role will closely support the Accounts team in Indonesia and liaise externally with partners and licensees on issues on Contracts & Royalty Reporting. This role is important in ensuring compliant and smooth contracting process for the Licensing and Publishing business in the market
Responsibilities:
Enter Licensing Deal information in Contract Approval systems based on commercial terms provided by Accounts team to ensure these terms are compliant with Contracts Policies and Procedures and on a timely manner
Send and follow up of Contract Packages with Licensees, ensuring all documentation are complete and duly signed for execution
Distribute and follow up on other agreements including amendment, renewal, expiration and termination letters with Licensees
Maintain complete contract log and proper record for all documentations
Create or Maintain company creations for new licensees in Contracts & Financial systems and update changes as requested by Licensees
Distribute invoices to and follow up on collections from Licensees; work with Shared Accounting Team on cash applications and support Local Accounting Team to collect AR Withholding Tax Certificate from licensees
Address queries from licensees regarding contract and invoicing issues
Follow up on collection of royalty reports and takes initiative to contact Licensees for resolving issues and work with Shared Accounting team to ensure proper revenue recognition of these reports
Perform the role of Casual Buyer and create shopping carts for Purchase Order requests
Ad hoc Finance/Contracts tasks and projects as required by the Finance Manager/Business team
Basic Qualifications:
At least Diploma holder in Accounting or equivalent; University graduate is preferred
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ working experience in Administration, Finance or Accounting; experience in Contracts handling will be an advantage
