Job Responsibilities

Collect, process and analyze the company's KPI (Key Performance Indicator) as well as the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) implementation process for all existing activities, in order to provide accurate and appropriate information and reports to achieve company targets and management objectives short term and long term

Support his superiors in drafting the Management Objectives, the company's CLA (Corporate Letter Attachments) and materials needed for the BoD and BoC Meetings for the benefit of the company
Coordinate and monitor Corporate Planning activities in every part of the organization to achieve company targets
Supporting his superiors in preparing the company's strategic work plan to ensure conformity between the 5Y and 1Y plans that have been approved in each division and documenting the results at the Directorate level
Supporting his superiors to ensure the improvement of activities and the creation of an improvement culture in the organization
Analyze and process achievement strategies and targets that have been determined by top management in order to get the right recommendations so that they can be used as material for consideration in decision making
Identify opportunities and threats facing the company for internal and external analysis and identify strategic issues for the development of the company's strategic plan
Support his superiors to provide up-to-date reports on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and report them regularly to the parent company
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in any disciplines
Minimum 4 years experience in Plan, Do, Check and Action (PDCA) area
Have good understanding about Performance Management, Project Management, Quality Improvement, Documentation Management, Writing & Reporting, Value Chain Analysis, Business Process Management, and Strategy Management
A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment
Have good communication and interpersonal skill
Preferably good command in English both verbal and written
