    • Provide administrative support for the Creative Lab team, including but not limited to processing purchase orders (PO), purchase requisitions (PR), invoices, and agreements, following up on any issues with related teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Legal, Marketing)
    • Manage subscriptions/licenses of creative and marketing-related software, tools, devices, and services
    • Manage procurement, production, and storage of marketing collaterals or other items, ensuring process compliance and timely vendor production/payment
    • Manage and monitor freelancers and vendors
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of Creative Lab team members, coordinating with related teams (e.g., HR, IT)
    • Coordinate internal team events and communications, working closely with the Head of Creative Lab
    • Prepare presentation decks and other documents for internal and external use
    • Conduct internal surveys, research and development, and analysis
    • Document and maintain an internal knowledge base of best practices and business cases
    • Handle other tasks/projects, communications, and assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the Creative Lab team

    Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, Business, or other related field is preferred but not a must
    • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, production company, or a tech company with a basic understanding of internal creative team setups and processes
    • Experience as an agency project manager/traffic manager or similar role is a major plus
    • Structured, organized, with solid administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a strong drive to get things done
    • Able to multitask and juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities
    • Has high empathy and enjoys working in a team
    • Fluent in both verbal and written English and Indonesian. Knowledge of other Southeast Asian languages is an asset
    • Great communication and writing skills, plus basic editing skills
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Docs office suites
    • Experience in using Oracle and Allocadia is a plus
