Communicate to end users on service interruptions when required. Work with users to collect information pertaining to incidents/service requests.
Memiliki kemampuan data entri yang akurat dan teliti. Memeriksa kelengkapan data tertanggung (customer). Melakukan entry data kedalam system.
Support Department by generating and analyzing reports. Complete administrative work while observing different aspects of division.
Memberikan Informasi yang dibutuhkan Customer. Melakukan Telepon baik Inbound atau Outbound.
