Job Description

  • Responsible for marketing, sales, growth, and gross profit of the assigned product portfolio or territory.
  • Ensure realization of goals together with superiors.
  • Ensure healthy stocks and debtor levels together with managers.
  • Look out for new agencies/distributorships to build on current businesses.
  • Suggest R&D projects that could help with product development and positioning of the Business Unit.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect the business.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or in a related field.
  • At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the Food & Beverage (raw chemicals) industry.
  • Required skill(s): possess interpersonal skills, communicative, eager to learn and service-minded.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Have experience in handling key account in East Java.
  • Willing to be placed in East Java.
