About the role
Fully responsible for bar operations at both our world class venues and hotel . Will be responsible for day to day operations as well as leading the team and overseeing all administration and reporting. By effectively leading and engaging the team, and will cultivate a positive and productive team culture and provide the highest level of service, which is unique and personal, achieving results in line with financial budgets set, including minimising payroll and operating costs and maximising revenue and profits. To ensure Ovolo standards are delivered at all times and will arrange regular effective training, give sufficient guidance, provide coaching and performance feedback and maintain discipline through performance management.
