Job Description

As Education Consultant in Algoritma, you will responsible for end-to-end handling of academy enrollment, and ensure excellent service satisfaction.

The Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing clients and alumni to have excellent service satisfaction and get referrals.

Plan and execute public events.

Response all inbound leads assign from all channels with SLA max 2 hours and have a meeting and call orientation.

Helping students/clients to find the right choice for their needs.

Handles end-to-end academy enrollment and student onboarding.

Have good collaboration across departments to provide an excellent service.

Maintain a database of public leads and update the pipeline regularly.

Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3,4/4 from any field, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Proactive, flexible, initiative and be willing to take on setting up for public events and cleaning as needed.

Comfortable with a minimal amount of direction but high expectations.

Fits the Algoritma culture (people-oriented, adaptable, supportive, creative).

High integrity, strong in multitasking, analytical, communications, good problem solving (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking), time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or within a team.

Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills.

A good listener with the ability to empathize with prospective students/clients.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools.
