Key responsibilities
Support the product design and implementation team in coming Able to lead product meetings for product activation and other product related initiatives
Collaborate with the channel teams, actuary and research & data team to evaluate opportunities for special promotions and campaigns to generate additional value
Survey the market landscape to evaluate emerging opportunities in product activation initiatives
Working closely with Product implementation team in implementing products’ activation initiatives for channels and customers as well as customers offering initiatives, include any regulatory requirement initiatives
Monitor and produce regular report to keep track of progress and status of all product activation initiatives (working closely with product design team)
Job requirements
Deep understanding of Life Insurance product related to product development, product management or implementation
Proven track record in successfully managing projects end-to-end
Having knowledge in Business Operation process (underwriting, administration, marketing, etc) is a plus
Strong cross team collaboration skills
Strong problem solving ability and creative thinking
Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise to deliver on time
Proficient in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
Fluent English in written and verbal is a must
