Job Description

Baked Masons is running in the Food and Beverages industry with a specialty in serving high quality desserts. Our audience is middle upper community by offering best quality dessert. At Baked Masons we offer various kinds of dessert including cookies, brownies, and tart with premium quality ingredients to offer maximum dining experience.

Receiving and processing purchase orders.

Issuing sales transaction invoices.

Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

Expediting orders through internal liaison.

Make administrative documents such as letters and proposals
Last year student or fresh graduate from all majors

Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

Proficiency with Ms Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working as an eCommerce admin is a plus.

Strong analytical and planning skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
