Job Description

Milling Programmer (Manufacturing Engineer)

Job Summary

Review new part related for machining process
Create CNC Milling Program
Redraw the new part to convert to CAD-CAM if required
Prepare machine tool and cutting insert for machining process
Design and provide the fixture for machining process
Review to optimize machining process periodically
Create and insert routing
Support production on machining technical issue
Advice and recommendation the safety at machining process
NCR review and corrective action

Minimum Job Qualifications

Minimum diploma degree with 3 years in machining process
Fluent in English language
Experience in SAP
Able to create program CNC milling machine
Familiar with machine controller Fanuc, Mazatrol and Sinumerik
Familiar with manufacturing process
Familiar with CAD-CAM and Progno
Able to design fixture with AutoCAD 2D & 3D
Able to find the root cause analysis machining defect
Familiar with GDNT (Geometric, Dimension and Tolerancing)
