Responsibilities:
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
Develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Keep ahead of the company’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Adhere to and manage the approved budget
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Stay informed on the latest company techniques and methods
Requirements:
Willing to work at night shift every shift
Fluent in written and verbal English communication
Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager or related field
Experience in providing customer service support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Customer service orientation

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues, related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Frequent contact with the line/functional department of Indonesia commercial office and manufacturing departments.
Any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Probation, the candidate will be offered a fixed term contract of three (3) years, inclusive of the 6-month.
