Job Description

Identify future hiring needs and develop job description and specifications
Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media platforms. Ability to provide market intelligence and insight
Support and assist Talent Management team in shortlisting new and existing talents such as Translator, Interpreter, transcriber, vendor, reviewer etc
Work closely with Talent Management team on pre-screening and shortlisting process of applicants
Arrange and coordinate application test kit with reviewer
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to compile a consistent list of feedback and checklist for quality management measures
Develop and maintain proper filing in Salesforce
Responsible for the setup and updating work of talent pool, ensuring biodatas are updated and captured accordingly in the system
Follow up on payment issue and work order matters with internal stakeholder and freelance linguist team

Requirement

Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant capacity
Able to work in a fast paced environment and capable to work in high volume hiring.
Excellent interpersonal skills, keep up-to-date with global employment legislature
Literate in English is a must and Chinese is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
With excellent internet connection (Work remotely)

Salary starts at 4,000,000 IDR per month.
