Job Description

  • Identify future hiring needs and develop job description and specifications
  • Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media platforms. Ability to provide market intelligence and insight
  • Support and assist Talent Management team in shortlisting new and existing talents such as Translator, Interpreter, transcriber, vendor, reviewer etc
  • Work closely with Talent Management team on pre-screening and shortlisting process of applicants
  • Arrange and coordinate application test kit with reviewer
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to compile a consistent list of feedback and checklist for quality management measures
  • Develop and maintain proper filing in Salesforce
  • Responsible for the setup and updating work of talent pool, ensuring biodatas are updated and captured accordingly in the system
  • Follow up on payment issue and work order matters with internal stakeholder and freelance linguist team

Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant capacity
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and capable to work in high volume hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, keep up-to-date with global employment legislature
  • Literate in English is a must and Chinese is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
  • With excellent internet connection (Work remotely)

Salary starts at 4,000,000 IDR per month.
