Job Overview:
Ensures administrative support occurs in a timely, orderly, efficient and professional manner.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support and day to day operation of each section in Human Resources Department.
2. Provide information regarding work process and progress of each section.
3. Provide recruitment report for all parties needed.
4. Provide data and/ or report as required by Management.
5. Responsible for providing administrative function to support day to day HR operational.
6. Establish and maintain a variety of files & employee transaction document, some being confidential in nature, related to each section.
7. Response to calls and inquires from the public, employee, other department or outside agencies related to each section.
8. Establish and maintain files of documents/ correspondence and reports of each section.
9. Arrange the selected candidate to undergo medical test.
10. Be accountable for accurate and timely execution of documents related to recruitment for audit both internal or external.
11. Analyze Employee Benefit & Compensation programs and make recommendation as needed.
12. Develop request for proposal benefit programs.
13. May conduct new Employee orientation program, answer question and provide information on sensitive and confidential matters.
14. Communicate with required Department Head/ Users regarding the recruitment progress.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
1 Minimum Senior High School graduate and/or posses relevant experience
