Job Description
  • Direct, lead and co-ordinate overall activities of the Front Office.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by building friendly, personalized relationships
  • Handle any guest complaints and/or remarks; provide a response as soon as possible, respecting the Ibis 15-minute contract
  • Have an impeccable attitude, which conveys the image of the brand and hotel

Work Experience
  • Excellent Communication skill
  • Strive for results (success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active)
  • Good managerial, interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills
  • Team spirit and service minded
