Job Description

Melakukan rekrutmen dan seleksi yang efektif untuk kebutuhan pemenuhan karyawan
Melakukan Development dan Training Karyawan
Rekap dan pemantauan Absensi Karyawan
Pemantauan kedisiplinan karyawan
Pantau status karyawan (Habis percobaan, Habis Kontrak, Perpanjangan Kontrak dan Status Permanen)
melakukan Payroll System/Penggajian karyawan setiap bulan
Rekap dan pantau Appraisal Performance/KPI Karyawan setiap bulan
Melakukan pendaftaran dan perhitungan BPJS Kes dan BPJS TK
Pengurusan Kecelakaan dan kematian di BPJS TK
Mengelola semua operasi SDM (Rekruitment,Magang,Perjanjian kerja,Administrasi,Management Kantor, dll)

Memiliki pengalaman di HR Generalist Min.3 Th
Pengalaman dibidang Recruitment dan Training Min. 2 Th
