Job Description

  • Will Work in a 24 X 7 Environment.
  • VLAN Tagging Execution
  • Troubleshooting of VLAN
  • Will support the customer over email as well as phone.
  • Sound knowledge of Microwave Technology
  • Having sound knowledge on Mini-link 6600 Series
  • VLAN Configuration and Troubleshooting
  • Ethernet alarms and parameters with their troubleshooting process
  • Raise and update the tickets in in tool for all the issues handled / worked upon.
  • Will have to report the daily issues handled / escalated in the form of daily shift reports.
  • Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time frames as per the SLA / Commitments.
  • Good knowledge over SLA/WLA
  • Good in preventive activities with available performance report from Microwave NMS
  • Good in customer handling and RCA identification
  • To be placed at One of the Leading Providers Company of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to service providers

  • Min. Diploma Degre in Electronics and Telecomunication Engineering
  • Min. 2 years experience in relevant field
  • Open to travel
  • Have a good interpersonal communication
  • Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands
