Job Description

Persyaratan

Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum D3/S1 Jurusan Teknik (Industri, Mesin, Elektro, Kimia, dll)
  • Diutamakan bagi yang berdomisili di wilayah Tangerang / Serpong
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang manufaktur ( >3 tahun)
  • Memiliki pemahaman / pengalaman di industry kemasan plastik merupakan nilai tambah
  • Menguasai MS Office
Tanggung Jawab

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Memastikan proses produksi berjalan dengan baik, efisien dan hasil produksi sesuai dengan standard kualitas
  • Meminimalkan cacat produksi dengan prosedur pengawasan yang baik
  • Mengawasi kinerja tim dalam 3 shift dan kecukupan SDM dalam proses produksi
  • Menganalisa masalah dan melakukan review terhadap SDM
  • Mencatat, mengolah data produksi dan membuat laporan hasil produksi
  • Mengawasi standard kinerja produksi sesuai dengan ISO
